Welcome to AstroPujari (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”, or “Company”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the AstroPujari website, mobile application, and all related services operated by AstroPujari and its affiliated entities.

By accessing or using AstroPujari, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. ABOUT ASTROPUJARI

AstroPujari is a digital platform that provides:

  • Audio/video/chat consultations with astrologers and spiritual advisors

  • Online puja, havan, and spiritual ritual booking services

  • Horoscope, numerology, tarot, and related spiritual content

  • AI-powered chat assistance for general spiritual guidance

The Platform acts solely as a technology intermediary connecting users with independent astrologers, pandits, spiritual advisors, and service providers.

AstroPujari:

  • Does not guarantee accuracy

  • Does not endorse any specific advisor

  • Is not responsible for user decisions based on consultations

Each service provider is solely responsible for their services, statements, remedies, and recommendations.

8. ONLINE PUJA SERVICES

AstroPujari may facilitate:

  • Online pujas

  • Havans

  • Ritual bookings

  • Temple offerings

  • Religious ceremonies

Users acknowledge:

  • Ritual results are based on faith and beliefs

  • No guaranteed outcome is promised

  • Puja timings may vary due to religious/customary practices

  • Photos/videos/prasad delivery may depend on service availability

AstroPujari acts only as a facilitator between users and performing pandits/temples.

9. USER CONDUCT

Users agree NOT to:

  • Abuse astrologers or staff

  • Use vulgar, obscene, hateful, or threatening language

  • Promote illegal activity

  • Harass service providers

  • Upload harmful software or malware

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform

  • Spread fake reviews or misinformation

  • Use services for fraudulent purposes

AstroPujari reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban users violating these policies.

10. PAYMENTS AND WALLET

Users may recharge wallet balances through authorized payment methods.

Wallet balances:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • May include promotional credits

  • May expire based on promotional validity

AstroPujari reserves the right to:

  • Reverse fraudulent transactions

  • Suspend suspicious accounts

  • Modify wallet policies

11. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are subject to review and approval.

Refunds may be considered only in cases such as:

  • Technical issues during consultation

  • Failed service delivery

  • Network disconnection

  • Inappropriate consultant behavior

  • Wrong service allocation

Refunds shall NOT be provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with predictions

  • Connected calls/chats already completed

Approved refunds may be processed to:

  • Original payment method, or

  • AstroPujari wallet

Processing timelines may vary.

12. CANCELLATION POLICY

Users may request cancellation before service execution.

Once:

  • A consultation starts,

  • A puja begins,

  • A report enters processing,
    the order may become non-cancellable and non-refundable.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

By using AstroPujari, you consent to collection and processing of your information as per our Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee complete security of internet transmissions.

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their accounts.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on AstroPujari including:

  • Designs

  • Graphics

  • Videos

  • Software

  • Branding

  • AI systems

are protected by intellectual property laws.
