Astrologers Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between AstroPujari (“Platform”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the astrologers, pandits, tarot readers, numerologists, vastu experts, spiritual advisors, and other service providers (“Astrologers” or “Service Providers”) registered on the AstroPujari platform.

By registering or providing services on AstroPujari, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

To become a Service Provider on AstroPujari, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate personal and professional information

  • Submit valid identity and bank details

  • Possess the required knowledge or experience in your field

AstroPujari reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any astrologer profile at its sole discretion.

2. INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDER

All astrologers and spiritual advisors on AstroPujari act as independent service providers and not as employees, agents, or partners of AstroPujari.

Astrologers are solely responsible for:

  • their consultations,

  • predictions,

  • remedies,

  • spiritual guidance,

  • and behavior with users.

AstroPujari only provides a technology platform for connecting users and service providers.

3. CODE OF CONDUCT

Astrologers agree to:

  • behave professionally and respectfully,

  • provide genuine consultations,

  • avoid abusive or misleading communication,

  • maintain user confidentiality,

  • comply with platform policies.

Astrologers must not:

  • guarantee outcomes,

  • make false promises,

  • engage in fraud or manipulation,

  • promote black magic or harmful practices,

  • request user passwords, OTPs, or sensitive financial details.

4. PROFILE & DISPLAY NAME

Astrologers may use approved professional or display names on the platform.

AstroPujari reserves the right to:

  • edit profile information,

  • modify display names,

  • reject misleading content,

  • optimize profiles for platform quality standards.

5. CONSULTATIONS & SERVICE QUALITY

Astrologers are expected to:

  • respond professionally,

  • provide consultations in selected languages,

  • maintain quality standards,

  • avoid unnecessary delays during sessions.

Repeated complaints, misconduct, poor ratings, abusive behavior, or policy violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

6. PAYMENTS & COMMISSIONS

Astrologers shall receive payouts according to the commission structure and payout schedule decided by AstroPujari.

AstroPujari reserves the right to:

  • deduct applicable taxes or charges,

  • hold payments temporarily for verification,

  • reverse fraudulent transactions,

  • modify payout structures with notice.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Astrologers must keep all customer information confidential and shall not:

  • share user details,

  • contact users outside the platform without authorization,

  • misuse customer information,

  • record or distribute private consultations.

Violation may lead to legal action and permanent termination.

8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

AstroPujari reserves the right to suspend or terminate astrologer accounts for:

  • fake information,

  • fraud,

  • abusive behavior,

  • policy violations,

  • harmful practices,

  • repeated customer complaints,

  • illegal activities.

The platform may also remove inactive accounts without prior notice.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform branding, logos, software, content, and systems belong to AstroPujari.

Astrologers may not copy, reproduce, or commercially misuse any AstroPujari intellectual property without written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AstroPujari shall not be responsible for:

  • user decisions based on consultations,

  • disputes between users and astrologers,

  • financial or emotional losses,

  • technical interruptions beyond reasonable control.

Astrologers acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk.

11. POLICY CHANGES

AstroPujari reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
