By using AstroPujari, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
AstroPujari provides digital spiritual and consultation-based services including astrology consultations, online puja bookings, AI chat assistance, reports, and related offerings.
Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited and are subject to verification and approval by our support team.
Refunds for chat, voice call, or video consultation services may be considered only in the following situations:
Technical failure during the consultation
Network issues causing continuous disruption
Call or chat not connected properly
Incorrect service assignment
Consultant unavailable after booking
Inappropriate or abusive behavior by the consultant
Consultant unable to communicate in the selected language
Refund requests based solely on:
dissatisfaction with predictions,
remedies not working,
lack of expected results,
personal disagreement with advice,
shall not be eligible for refund.
Once a consultation has been successfully completed, refunds are generally not applicable.
Users may request cancellation of puja or ritual bookings before the puja process has started.
Once:
the puja is initiated,
samagri arrangements are completed,
pandit booking is confirmed,
or
temple processing has started,
the booking may become non-cancellable and non-refundable.
In case AstroPujari is unable to arrange the booked puja due to operational reasons, eligible refunds may be processed.
Personalized reports, kundli reports, spiritual guidance documents, and AI-generated content are non-refundable once processing or generation has started.
Users are responsible for providing accurate birth details and other required information.
No refund shall be provided for incorrect details submitted by the user.
Wallet recharges made on AstroPujari are generally non-refundable.
However, refunds may be considered in cases such as:
duplicate payment,
failed transaction with amount deducted,
technical payment errors.
Approved refunds may be credited:
back to the original payment source, or
to the AstroPujari Wallet.
Promotional credits, bonus balances, cashback amounts, and reward credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
To request a refund, users must contact the AstroPujari support team within 24 hours of the issue.
Users may be asked to provide:
registered mobile number,
transaction details,
screenshots,
order ID,
explanation of the issue.
AstroPujari reserves the right to review chats, recordings, logs, and transaction details for verification purposes.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on:
payment gateway processing,
banking timelines,
technical verification.
In some cases, wallet refunds may be processed faster.
If payment is deducted but services are not activated, users should wait for a reasonable processing period and contact support if required.
Duplicate payments made accidentally for the same service may be reviewed and refunded after verification.
AstroPujari reserves the right to:
reject refund requests,
suspend accounts,
restrict wallet usage,
permanently ban users,
if fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative refund activity is detected.
AstroPujari reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
